Since all pieces from Unknown Design are custom-made specifically for each client, returns or exchanges are not allowed except in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect in the product.
- Product received with incorrect measurements that do not match the order.
- Delivery of a product completely different from the client’s request.
General Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition upon inspection for defects or errors.
- The store reserves the right to inspect the product before any exchange to verify the issue.
- In the above cases, the store will cover the costs of replacement or compensation to ensure client satisfaction.
Note:
All custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned in other cases due to the personal and exclusive nature of each design.
